Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PlayLotto (the “Service”), operated by PlayLotto (“PlayLotto”, “we”). By using the Service, entering a lotto or creating one, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to take part in a free prize draw in your jurisdiction. The Service is void where prohibited. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction, including .

You connect to PlayLotto with your X account. You are responsible for that account and for posts made from it. Each X account may hold one entry per lotto. Operating several accounts to gain extra entries, buying or borrowing accounts, or using automated accounts to enter is prohibited.

If you create a lotto you confirm that you have the right to use the ticker, name and image you provide, that the lotto complies with the laws that apply to you and your audience, and that you will not describe it in a misleading way. You may not require a purchase, payment or token holding to enter. We may pause, edit or remove any lotto at our discretion.

A lotto is funded by the trading fees of its token and by any starting amount the creator seeds. 90% of those fees go to the jackpot. 10% go to the protocol and are used to burn $LOTTO. Entrants never pay to enter.

• Creating or using multiple accounts, bots or scripts to enter.
• Interfering with the Service, the draw or other users' entries.
• Posting unlawful, infringing, hateful or harassing content in connection with a lotto.
• Impersonating another person or brand.
• Using the Service to launder money, evade sanctions or promote fraud.

The Service and its design are ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any lotto will be funded to a particular amount, that X will make every post available to us, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, PlayLotto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to [AMOUNT].

We may suspend or end your access, void entries or withhold a prize if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms or the Official Rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws. Disputes will be resolved by [COURTS / ARBITRATION BODY], except where local consumer law gives you other rights.
