• X account data you authorise or that is public: account ID, handle, display name and profile image.
• Posts that mention a lotto ticker: post ID, text and time, to record entries.
• Lotto data you create: name, ticker, jackpot settings and uploaded images.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information and basic logs.
• Winner data: details needed to deliver prizes and meet legal obligations.

• To record entries and enforce the one-entry rule.
• To run draws, announce winners and deliver prizes.
• To detect fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse.
• To operate, secure and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

To pay a prize we record the winner's chosen method and, for wallet payouts, the Solana address they give us. Solana transactions, including the address and amount, are public on the blockchain. Replies from @PlayLotto to winners are public posts on X.

Entrant handles, profile images, entries and wins are shown on lotto pages and profiles. Your X posts are public on X regardless of PlayLotto.

We share data with service providers who host and run the Service, with a lotto's creator where needed to deliver a prize, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

We use browser local storage to remember which X account you connected. We do not use advertising cookies.

Entry records are kept for as long as needed to prove draw integrity and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised after [RETENTION PERIOD].

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. Contact privacy@playlotto.app. Deleting data may void entries in active lottos.
